James joined SSE in July of 2014. He has an extensive background in strategic IT management with 17 years as a Communications Manager in the United States Air Force, most recently having served at Scott AFB. He has tremendous experience managing network engineering teams and service desk operations with a strong focus on streamlining business processes to increase client satisfaction. His main focus will be to strategically realign resources and take the operations to a new level, ensuring continued client satisfaction and supporting our growth.
James is a successful, strategically focused Information Technology Management professional with real world experience designing implementable projects that support the organizationâ€™s objectives. He is known to be a skilled innovator and leader with the demonstrated ability to identify creative solutions, develop key requirements and apply continuous improvement methodologies to sustain results. James is an expert communicator engaging executive leadership, peers and team members to produce positive results through mentoring and training.
He holds a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Information Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He obtained Professional Manager Certification in 2012 and is CompTia certified for Security+, A+, and Network+. In addition, James is a Microsoft Certified Professional and currently holds a TS/SCI security clearance.
