Scott joined the SSE team in early 2015. Scott’s technical background includes over twenty-seven years’ experience in management and technology. He brings expertise in customer service great communication and Interpersonal skills.
After filling the position of a Tier 3 Engineer, he was promoted to Assistant Manager, Network Support in July 2015.Currently, he manages the entire team of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk professionals. He is responsible for coaching and developing them, training and certifications, configuration standards and on-going process improvement to ensure the quality of our service and client satisfaction.
Scott graduated from Indiana University in 1997, with a degree in Data Processing Information Systems. He has earned several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator, and Datto Certified Advanced Technician. In addition, Scott has received several Awards in his career for performance, communication, responsibility, and managing.
