Robin joined the SSE team in 2006, bringing expertise in creating processes and procedures to promote business growth and support the ongoing structure necessary to provide consistent quality service and superior products. She regularly troubleshoots problematic initiatives on behalf of the COO/CEO in order to rectify the planning and implementation to successful completion, making her an invaluable member of our team.
Robin’s expertise is a result of her experience that includes over 15 years of work in project management and business process improvement. Robin is a graduate and Valedictorian from ITT Technical Institute in 2006, with a degree in Information Technology.
In her time with SSE so far, Robin has overseen a number of key developments in our services, such as in 2013 when she spearheaded the company’s overarching initiative to obtain ISO 9001-2008 certification, which was successfully garnered in 2014.
After certification, Robin developed of a scalable expansion of SSE’s management system to support the growth of our Government Services and the multiple remote sites required by won contracts.
To this day, Robin continues to cultivate the system by serving as SSE’s ISO Management Representative and lead Internal Auditor, ensuring that the company’s certification is maintained while driving continual improvement to provide premium levels of customer satisfaction for SSE’s managed service clients.
Currently, she is the Director of Quality and Standards, leading the management of SSE’s technology stack to ensure the availability and security of all client’s IT systems, from selection and deployment through to the ongoing management, auditing, and remediation.
