Robin joined the SSE team in 2006. Robinâ€™s technical background includes over 10 yearsâ€™ experience in project management and business process improvement. She brings expertise in creating processes and procedures to promote business growth and support the ongoing structure necessary to provide consistent quality service and superior products.
In early 2014, she successfully spearheaded the companyâ€™s overarching initiative to obtain ISO 9001-2008 certification and now serves as SSEâ€™s ISO Management Representative and lead Internal Auditor.
Currently, she manages SSEâ€™s Network Servicesâ€™ Help Desk team as the Network Services Support Manager, providing continual improvement while driving premium levels of customer satisfaction for SSEâ€™s managed service clients.
In addition, Robin supports the significant growth taking place in SSEâ€™s Government Services division by developing a scalable expansion of SSEâ€™s certified Management System for the multiple remote sites required by won contracts.
Robin graduated as Valedictorian from ITT Technical Institute in 2006, with a degree in Information Technology- Multimedia. She was a member of the National Technical Honors Society and is currently a member of CAM â€“ the St. Louis Contemporary Art Museum.
