Elizabeth Niedringhaus

With twenty+ years at SSE, Elizabeth has led both business development and the delivery of SSE’s services and solutions. In April 2004, Elizabeth assumed the role of President with an opportunity to refine the company’s mission and vision. Since then she has guided the Learning division to become nationally recognized for the design and development of sophisticated eLearning, mobile learning, and blended learning curriculums. In the Network division, Elizabeth has expanded the firm from simply a Microsoft service and support partner to an industry leader in IT network infrastructure and technology management services.

As President and CEO, Elizabeth focuses her time on setting the strategic direction of SSE, positioning SSE for continued growth and success capitalizing on its expertise in technology and training. Her latest effort has been to expand SSE’s work in the public sector, acting as both a partner to prime government contractors and a direct service provider.

Elizabeth received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. She is a member of the St. Louis Regional Business Council, the Young President’s Organization (YPO), Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), and a Director at Parkside Financial Bank & Trust, . Previously, Elizabeth has served as a trustee at MICDS and the St. Louis Zoo.

Elizabeth was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 under 40 List in 2004 and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009. In 2010, she was selected as one of St. Louis’ Most Influential Business Women – an honor her mother shares as well.  In her spare time, Elizabeth loves to spend time with her children and pursue outdoor activities including running, biking and swimming.
